Procedure

Phase A: Mix the water and the propylene glycol in the main vessel and heat to 80°C while mixing. When the temperature reaches 80°C and right before the combination of Phase A and Phase B, add the Armocare VGH-70. Phase B: In a second beaker, combine all ingredients of Phase B and heat to 80°C while mixing continuously. Once Phase B has reached 80°C, slowly add Phase B to Phase A and keep agitation and temperature at 80°C for 15 minutes. Then cool down to 30°C. Phase C: Add Hydrovance moisturizing agent and Glydant Plus at 30°C into the emulsion and mix well. Shortly after, slowly add Structure XL starch and continue the agitation.
